A life in bands

Long-term Bassist and Backing Vocalist
SNUFF
For over twenty years, Lee held down the low end for this fast-paced British melodic punk band. His tenure included recording multiple studio albums for the American independent label Fat Wreck Chords, alongside extensive international touring.

Bassist & Co-writer
BLACK SKY RESEARCH
Black Sky Research are an alt-rock band that originally started as a studio project and featured Mikey Chapman, vocalist of Mallory Knox, and Jason Bowld of Bullet For My Valentine.
The band’s music is cinematic and storytelling, inviting the listener to dive in and interpret it in their own way.

Bassist
THEY FELL FROM THE SKY
Formed from the ashes of This Is Menace, They Fell From The Sky saw Lee team up with Jason Bowld of Bullet For My Valentine and Colin Doran, vocalist of Hundred Reasons, to create a blend of poppy hooks, groovy riffs, and Jason’s inimitable heavy-hitting drumming.
The result was the band's critically acclaimed full-length album, “DECADE”, recorded and produced by the band's guitarist and songwriter, Dave Draper.

Studio bassist
TOM CLARKE
The Chronicles of Nigel, the debut solo album from Tom Clarke, who is best known as the frontman of The Enemy, is an ambitious concept album that revisits the character of Nigel from The Enemy's song Be Somebody, exploring his life and relationships years later through a series of richly crafted, interconnected stories.
It was a privilege to contribute bass to such an imaginative and distinctive project, and to work alongside Tom at Vada Studios.

Live Bassist
THIS IS MENACE
As the live bassist for this star-studded UK metalcore and alternative heavy rock supergroup, Lee worked alongside founding members Jason Bowld and Mark Claydent, of British metal legends Pitchshifter. The band consisted of guest vocalists from bands such as Killing Joke, Hundred Reasons, Sikth, Funeral for a Friend, amongst many others.
