Lee has been developing and delivering music business and performance education since 2002, working in a variety of settings, from Widening Participation, FE Colleges and specialist universities.

Lee is currently the programme leader for the BA (Hons) Music Business degree at pointblank Music School, London, and has recently been awarded the Senior Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy.
